Bachue Emmett, commonly known as Bachue the Nose, was a Mesan seccy and the crime boss of Hancock, one of the seccy districts of the capital city of Mendel. She was killed when Hancock Tower, the residential tower she used as her headquarters, was destroyed by a kinetic energy weapon in September of 1922 PD. (CS3)
