Lieutenant Marsha Alfredi was an Escobaran officer who fought in the Barrayaran-Escobaran War. She had been ranking officer in the Prisoner of War barracks on Sergyar until Captain Cordelia Naismith arrived; she was relieved to hand over those duties.
