It was for an Insane Deathmatch Elimination Chamber for the LPW Hardcore Championship against champion Seth Omega, Phantom Lord, Villiano 187, Dr. Wagner and Son of Shockey. The promo was for the LPW Insane Asylum telecast. The promo scored a 3.90 aps, in a losing effort.
