The Legion Combat Knife is a sharpened Legion blade, commonly carried by Legion Army soldiers. It is one of three weapons which may drop during PvE and open world instances that are exclusively available to Medic class, the others being the Legion Side Arm and the Adrenaline Gun. The Combat Knife is the fastest-swinging melee weapon available for the Medic class, and is also the second-best in damage (behind the Life Stealer). Also, the Combat Knife lacerates the enemy on backstabs, causing them to bleed for 5 seconds (which stacks with other effects.)
