Chiora was the first Shreinotaur Akkoran once the Shreinotaurs immigrated to Tarog. He was the one who stored a surplus of food and built up the fighting force that took back the planet Deren form the Charitaurs. He was perhaps one of the greatest Akkoran in Shreinotaur history.
