30013 Police Quad Bike is a City Police set released in 2010 as a promotion. It came with a Police Minifigure on his Quad Bike. This was the very first set to include the white rounded front cap piece. This Set was in the UK part in an autumn promotion of the newspaper Daily Mirror.
