Toopa Strikers are slightly stronger versions of Koopa Strikers. They will pop out of the ground in groups of two in The Bitlands and kick a shell between them. Even though they are not technically "Stronger", They are capable of performing a "Super Kick", which will fly through the air at high speeds, as well as being able to Flip.
