Falristan is the most populous constituency of Restoration Hutori. As a constituency, it does not have a political existence of its own beyond electing members to the legislature. It is apportioned ninety-one out of three hundred and ninety-one seats. It takes its name from the State of Falristan, one of the original constituents of the Hutori Federation and the only native state to ever be recognized. Virtually all surviving Mashacara live in Falristan.
