The flag of Amurskaya oblast, Russia, is a rectangle with ratio 2:3. The lower part of the flag (1/4 of its breadth) is dark blue in colour and separated from the upper part by a silver wavy stripe, recalling the waves of a river. The stripe occupies 1/12 of the width of the flag. The upper part of the flag is red in colour. The flag is based on the old coat of arms of Amurskaya Oblast (1878).
