Hurricane Enobaria was the 5th named storm in the 2016 East Pacific Hurricane Season. Enobaria became the farthest north forming Hurricane in the History of the East Pacific basin. Enobaria was also the first confirmed case of the Brown Ocean Effect, where Tropical Cyclones maintain strength and in rare cases, intensify over saturated soils causing Latent Heat to maintain the storms strength, in the East Pacific Basin. Enobaria was also the first ever example of a Hurricane impacted by the Brown Ocean Effect (The Brown Ocean Effect usually only occurs in Tropical Storms).
