Emperor Ralfor was one of the Emperors of the Ursanian Empire, and a minor character in the backstory to Might and Magic IX. He ruled the Empire around 200 B.C., and was the reigning Emperor when Verhoffin constructed his tower and declared himself independent of the Empire. Emperor Ralfor mounted several campaigns against Verhoffin, but they were all unsuccessful. Verhoffin would remain a thorn in the side of Ralfor's successors for the next 200 years, until the Great Cataclysm.
