Puppet Borg is the second active Gerrok Techadroid Borgs, created when Gerrok Card 08 infects an ogre hand puppet and drains Stagger dry of his NRG in the process. The left hand puppet is actually Puppet Borg's head and his right leg has the power of Gerrok in it, empowering the Gerrok Techadroid Borgs with powerful jumps and kicks. Puppet Borg's method of obtaining data is the puppet on his right hand is called the Hijack Puppet, creating a hologram of the hand that enters a living body and takes control of it while analyzing it. Through this ability, Puppet Borg takes control of Scarab Spy Ranger until Cheetah Spy Ranger blasts the Hijack Puppet to cancel its ability before destroying Puppet Borg in Spy Armor form.
