Caroline O'Neill (born 2nd February, 1958 in Manchester) appeared on Coronation Street between January and August 1985 as Andrea Clayton. Cast as the eldest daughter of the newly-introduced Clayton family who bought and moved in to 11 Coronation Street, after several months it was decided that the family was not deemed to be a success and were subsequently written out. However O'Neill reprised the role in brief returns from November to December 2000 and in November of the following year.
