Tangerine Willis Alvacado (April 26, 1888 - August 4, 1992) was an extraterrestrial politician from a distant planet outside of the solar system called "Ranchop" who served as the 159th President of Foxville (a country/city located in an area/nation known as the "United Lunchwagon" in the province/state of "Lowford") for one consecutive term. He was also one of a few ranchopian presidents to immigrate to Earth later on in his life.
