Kyparíssi kafé is a Diadochian coffee roastery established in 1901. The company's name means Cypress coffee, in reference to its logo which features a Cypress tree. Kyparíssi kafé is today one of the largest coffee roasteries in Diadochia. The company is still family owned and is now in third and fourth generation. Kyparíssi kafé is one of Diadochia's major suppliers of coffee to restaurants, cafés and many other companies. The company holds strong control over the coffee industry in Diadochia being a powerhouse in Pandos as well.
