Loran Devys was a male Bajoran. During the Occupation of Bajor, Loran was a member of a cell of the Bajoran Resistance with Koratta Jael and worked several times with Kira Nerys. After the Occupation ended, Loran started a salvage company. (DS9 novel: The Heart of the Warrior)
