Ian Kelsey (born 17th December 1966 in York, Yorkshire) played David Glover in Emmerdale between 1994 and 1996, when the character died of smoke inhalation following a fire. After Emmerdale, Ian went on to have regular roles in Casualty between 1999 and 2002, Blue Murder between 2003 and 2009, Down to Earth between 2003 and 2004 and Doctors since 2012. He has also had guest roles on The Bill, Where the Heart Is, Men Behaving Badly and Coronation Street.
