Bfee was the Mayor of Rush Margins in Munchkinland. He had a carriage that he didn't use very much, but loned out to people to bring in extra income. He asked Frexspar, his Unionist Minister, to let him try to fight off sin, but upon the arrival of the Time Dragon, he began to enjoy it. He later lent his carriage to Frexspar to pick up Nanny from Stonespar End. Bfee is the husband of Gawnett and the father of many children including Boq.
