Secure Enalda Control Base is a Timed Surprise Quest in Xenoblade Chronicles. It can be received in Sword Valley. The party must defeat the Tranquil Morax at the Enalda Control Base. This is a Timed Quest and will become unavailable after reaching the end of Mechonis Field.
