Summitmist Manor is a high-class house in Skingrad. Its owner is unknown, with the only clue being that Fafnir holds the key to the house. Aside from this, no other information is known about the building. It is the site of the Dark Brotherhood quest "Whodunit?," and cannot be entered before it is active.
