Jinseigan (人生眼, lit. Life Eye) is a Kekkei Genkai and a Dojutsu used by some members of the Umu clan. The Jinseigan gives the user the ability to see the chakra in everything from trees to grass. It also gives the ability to shape shift and control an object that is not alive. This is done by telepathically using an unused 10% of the human brain. This is similar to Puppet Technique using an average persons limit is 10. Also if the object controlled by the Jinseigan is not within a a half Kilometer radius it can no longer be used until it is placed back within a Kilometer radius of the user.
