Ril-gania is a recruit loosely attached to the Department of Misplaced Flora and Fauna. She was written by Elvea Aure, but belonged to someone else named Endomiel. Ril is a reformed Mary Sue Goddess of Balance. Her sisters, Endomiel (Goddess of Evil) and Meneltari (Goddess of Good) also work for the PPC. They were recruited rather than killed largely because they were immortal and, despite their powers, did not aggressively twist canon. The threat of being tossed into the Void with Morgoth usually kept the sisters mostly in line, but as of last report, Ril-gania was unaccounted for after being summoned Upstairs.
