Tol Ferin was a male Chadra-Fan who served the company Tangan Industries as a Vice President. In 28 BBY, Tangan appointed Ferin to run the city Menelath on the planet Iol. He approached his job with unswerving loyalty to Tangan and he ran the city according to the company's instructions, which created tension between Ferin and Elexia Nis'tar—the administrator of the city Haven—who prioritized the interests of the colonists of Iol over those of the company. Ferin continued to run Menelath until around the time of the fall of the Galactic Empire.
