The Argaya system was a star system. It was close to the Cardassian border. In 2370, the USS Enterprise-D rescued Joret Dal, a Federation operative inside the Cardassian military, from his escape pod. Later, Dal piloted the shuttlecraft Curie from the Enterprise-D, which was holding position in this system, into Cardassian space. (TNG: "Lower Decks" )
