Millie Shoop is a minor character in Clarence. She is the mother of Ms. Shoop. She makes her first appearance, and so far only appearance, in "Lost Playground." She was previously a teacher at Aberdale Elementary and eventually became owner of Millie's Scrapyard. She is shown to be overprotective through a flashback to when the teachers at Aberdale elementary were having recess. She put her daughter, Ms. Shoop inside with her and never let her play with the other students. This trait was carried on into the present through Ms. Shoop.
