Stephen Wilcox runs the I-Jin's numerous mechanical devices. He is directly linked to the I-jin's fortress and also charged with its defences. He is most likely an altered clone of the 1867 inventor who shares the same name. He is credited with the invention of Babcock & Wilcox boiler.
