CF100 frigates were capital ships produced by CEC since 240 ABY. They were used by the Triumvirate Navy in capital ship and anti-[starfighter]] roles, thanks to their six heavy laser cannons. They were usually used together with other capital ships in military operations and only with their complements in patrol and reconnaissance missions.
