Space is a LEGO City subtheme released in 2011. Unlike the regular Space subtheme introduced that year, Alien Conquest, the City subtheme features realistic, modern-day vehicles, equipment and settings, all adapted to fit the City aesthetic. The line was developed alongside an educational program, in conjunction with NASA.
