Eternium golem is a type of monster in ADOM. They are very rare late game monsters that have enormous PV, quite powerful melee attacks and can breathe acid. They are immune to fire and shock attacks. Whilst they are very strong as might be expected, since their attacks don't (always) penetrate armor they are significantly less of a threat to well armored PCs than diamond golems.
