The California Plaza was a complex in Downtown Los Angeles, California. Alexis Drazen had arranged to give $50,000 in bonds to a power company employee named Alan Morgan outside Connie's restaurant in California Plaza. However because Alexis was hospitalized and captured, Jack Bauer posed as him to get information. Morgan realized that it was a sting, and tried to get away, but was shot by Teddy Hanlin. Morgan fell through a glass railing on a walkway overpass and later died. ("Day 1: 5:00pm-6:00pm")
