Ychell Mafon was a female Bajoran who lived in the 24th century. In the 2370s, Ychell was a member of the Bajoran Militia, holding the rank of sergeant, serving on Deep Space 9. Prior to that, Ychell had been a member of the Bajoran Resistance during the Cardassian Occupation. In 2376, Ro Laren had Ychell use a Bajoran flitter to wait at Farius Prime's inner moon for the exfiltration of Quark and herself from Malic and the Orion Syndicate.
