Sarah Penguin is a lovable (though occasionally off-the-wall), roaming politician who has been campaigning for years to obtain some sort of political office. Unfortunately, she's yet to succeed because of her tendency to use ad hominem on rival candidates (like saying "HE WEARS CURLERS TO BED!" about an opponent).
