Saboten Diver Bomber is a Super Combined Bombermen debuting in the Bomberman Jetters anime in episode 30. It is a combination of a diver suit and a cactus. Its purpose was to get the Hige-Hige Bandits out of the sandstorm by going underground. However, the Hige-Hige Bandits realized that they'll get hurt as a result, since Saboten Diver Bomber has cactus arms. It did not stop and dug underground; upon reaching surface, it said that it only did what it was told and that there is no waiting in the battlefield, and that it only gives enemies a chance to attack.
