The God Breathe Technique allows the user to create and transfer oxygen from his or her mouth. This technique was created to counter-act the negative effects of the Vacuum Release techniques. It can be used to guard the users from the negative effects, resuscitate people effected by the Vacuum Release, and to over oxygenate opponents thus causing them to collapse but not die. This technique was created with the sole purpose of saving people, avoiding needless slaughter and violence, and to combat the negative effects of the Vacuum Release. It is said that this technique exemplifies the Wind Bell Temples stance on peace and preservation of life.
