"Anchors Aweigh" is the unofficial song of the United States Navy and the fight song of the United States Naval Academy. The song is performed in a medley in The Muppet Show episode 507. After "Black Jackson" (Glenda Jackson) takes over a sea-bound Muppet Theatre, Gonzo the Great arrives in a ship full of chickens singing "Anchors Aweigh". The music underscores the following battle, and the song is sung again opposite "Sailing, Sailing" rallied by the defending side of the fight.
