On September 19th, 2008, a premiere was held at Cinema City Theaters in Anaheim, CA. After an overwhelmingly positive response from the audience, the film was released on YouTube. Shortly thereafter, a 2-Disc Special Edition DVD was made available to the first 100 lucky buyers. In order to avoid possible lawsuits from Nintendo, Dixon decided it best to cancel all future DVD sales before unwanted legalities caught up with him.
