Kuar Forto was a Kel Dor male lawman originating from the planet Dorin. In his teens he was found to be Force-sensitive, but as he was too old and not considered for Jedi training he was accepted into the ancient and forgotten order of the Baran Do, a force-sensitive sect that specialized in sensing danger and glimpsing possible futures. Eventually the Kel Dor became a lawman and began traveling the galaxy to search out great evil. At some point in his travels he came across the Dark Jedi Marnica Berlo who took him as her apprentice.
