Closed an Oblivion Gate - After completing the tutorial head to Weynon Priory (a small chapel to the east) and speak with Jauffre and give him the amulet. Then head to Kvatch and go inside the Oblivion Gate. Head for the tall tower in the centre and remove the sigil stone. The gate will then close and you will receive this achievement.
