Henry Harunt is the commander of the Order of the Black Rose's Reign branch. He and his colleague Danielle Deveraux began investigating mysterious occurrences in the criminal underworld in Libaterra after the Alent Gang War. These investigations led him to discover the involvement of Corwin Finian in the string of deaths of Order operatives, and he collaborated with Fehr Sirius to put a bounty on Corwin's head.
