Atteth was a city on Rykar. It had a large Clanless population, and was one of few cities where the Clanless were generally tolerated, especially prior to the arrival of the Golden Empire. The Clanless Drakonus Rose ran a hotel in Atteth which served as a combination brothel and home for other Clanless. The Tarq Clan resided in Atteth and had its clan house there.
