Murig was a RavenWyte under the command of Korvus Skurr. He tried to abduct Furff from Redwall Abbey for interrogation or hostage purposes. Murig was shot by Laird Bosie McScutta of Bowlaynee with a metal arrow; the injury was very serious, and later killed him, though he managed to fly back to Korvus Skurr and make a report before he died. Murig was a minor character; not much else is known.
