RC-3916 or "Cipy" was a Republic Commando (RC) but later a "Rebellion Commando". He served for the Grand Army of the Republic but after Order 66 he joined The Broken Source. Cipy was a skilled and a well trained soldier that always took care of his brothers. He was fellow and close friend to ST-7370 "Teco", but after a mission to the planet of Venus they got very different promotions and Cipy became an Republic Commando while Teco became a ARF Trooper. He didn't turn evil when Order 66 broke out because of that RC's has different orders and movements.
