The Cazadores are a Latino street gang, with Diego Gutierrez as one of their shot-callers. Orlando Costas was a member, in his youth, but he enlisted in the army and got away. Or so he thought. Sadly, as the events of "Always" show, life wasn't that simple, and when he found himself severely strapped for cash Orlando turned to his old friend Diego for a "bridging loan".
