Stormcloak Quartermasters are NPCs encountered at Stormcloak camps throughout Skyrim. Like their Imperial counterparts, they tend to the wounded and sick soldiers, as well as sell goods. If the Dragonborn is an Imperial, and refuses to leave the camp, the Stormcloak quartermasters will become hostile along with the other soldiers.
