The 2007 Auto Club 500 was a Nextel Cup (now Sprint Cup) event held at California Speedway on February 25, 2007. Matt Kenseth grabbed the lead on the final pit stops, but watched nervously as Kevin Harvick closed in. But on a late restart, Harvick blew a tire and fell to 17th.
