Cor Tophervin was a male individual who was installed as the governor of Inusagi in 6 BBY. He was a personal friend of Emperor Palpatine. He did not get to enjoy his new position for long, however, as he was killed when Saw Gerrera's partisans stormed the sakoola blossom festival where Tophervin was to be formally invested as governor and massacred all of the guests.
