The unnamed Driver was in a Ford Focus that was flagged down by Tyrone Dobbs after he and wife Molly were involved in a serious car crash on moorland in April 2010 after the brakes of their car failed, the task of fixing them not having been completed by Kevin Webster and Tyrone having taken the car, not realising that this was the case. Unable to find his mobile phone in the overturned vehicle, he ran for help. The first car he tried to stop drove on past but the second stopped and, after being told the situation, the woman dialled the emergency services while Tyrone ran back to the crashed vehicle.
