The Supreme Magisterial Authority of Triex (or SMA) was the highest ranking judge in Triex's judicial system. From 2284 to 2374, the Supreme Magisterial Authority was Artrin na Yel. In 2372, in emergency session, he ordered a chameloid named Wusekl imprisoned without a trail, due to concerns surrounding the threat of Changeling infiltration of the Federation. When Artrin was elected to the Federation Council in 2374, his successor as SMA immediately released Wusekl, but under the condition that he did not reveal the facts of his incarceration.
