Snotog is a very dumb snot-type mutant creature. It is the evolved form of Nosish and it evolves into Man-That's-A-Big-Nose. It looks like a cross of a hog and a nose, but hogs don't exist in pokemon. Snotog is considered one of the stupidest pokemon there is. If given an IQ test, it will get a negative score.
