The Parthian Empire is a state in the Middle East, stretching from the Kushan Empire of India in the East, to Armenia in the East. At this point in time, the Parthian Empire has poor relations with the Roman Empire, and is vying for control of Armenia with the Romans. However, it has a mutual peace with its Eastern neighbors; the Kushan Empire and Pahlavas. It includes the sub-kingdom vassal states of Persia, Elymais, Atropatene, Adiabene, and Characene. As of the game's start, the Parthian Empire has no standing army.
